Roles and Responsibilities o Relieve route personnelo Train associateso Presents established and effective sales training methods, techniques, and ideaso Sell and execute at store levelo Address complaints and resolve problemso Provide excellent customer serviceo Reports on progress of sales trainees and personnel under guidance during training periodo Ability to work with all functional team membersRequirements o Minimum 21 years of age or oldero Class A Commercial driver's license required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED's Fleet policyo Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policieso Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the jobo Ability to read, write and speak Englisho Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelineso Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assetso Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technologyo Previous Merchandising experience preferredo High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 6 to 12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceo Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memoso Ability to write simple correspondenceo Ability to effectively present information in one on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organizationo Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimalso Ability to problem-solve and ability to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructionso Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situationso Frequent standing, walking, kneeling/squatting, climbing stairs and repeat exposure to weather, noise, chemical and vehicle operationo Build strong relationships with customer base across assigned customerso Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively in fast-paced environmento Frequent standing and walkingo Repeated exposure to weatherCCBCU is an Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled.
