Roles and Responsibilities o Transports and unloads products to customerso Communicates any store level issue to managemento Complies with DOT rules for driving purposeso Maintains rapport with customerso Ability to work with a handheld deviceo Establish positive relationships with all customers, as well as providing superior customer serviceo Provides feedback and recommendations to leadership on competitive threats and business opportunities as they ariseo Ability to work with all functional team memberso Communicates any store level issue to managemento Responsible for safeguarding company assetso Collection of any breakage or out of date product, including empty shells and palletso Accurate accounting for all cases and customer transactionso Ensure proper care of product, equipment, and route settlement dailyo Build strong relationships with customer base across assigned customersRequirements o Minimum of 21 years oldo Class A Commercial Valid Driver's License required, and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policyo Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policieso Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the jobo Ability to read, write and speak Englisho Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelineso Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assetso Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technologyo High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 6 to 12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceo Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memoso Ability to write simple correspondenceo Ability to effectively present information in one on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organizationo Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimalso Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oralinstructionso Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situationso Must be able to operate a manual or motorized pallet jacko Frequent standing, walking, kneeling/squatting, climbing stairs and repeat exposure to weather, noise, chemical and vehicle operationCCBCU is an Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled.
